1. Introduction

Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names or phone numbers — is a violation of these terms and will result in all related accounts being suspended and any associated balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact c4444 support immediately to resolve it before further activity.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, mobile number, and date of birth. This information is used to verify your identity, process withdrawals, and comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your c4444 account. This means:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
- Logging out of your account when using a shared device.
- Notifying c4444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Not allowing any third party to access, play, or manage your account on your behalf.
c4444 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the security breach was caused by the account holder's own negligence, such as sharing login credentials or using easily guessable passwords.
4. Deposits and Payment Methods
c4444 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No foreign currency or internationally issued cards are accepted on c4444.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card deposits. The maximum single transaction and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier — full details are available on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
- Deposits are credited to your c4444 balance after successful confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider.
- c4444 does not charge any fee on deposits. Your payment provider's standard transfer fees, if any, remain your responsibility.
- If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the normal processing window, contact c4444 support with the transaction reference. Manual crediting may be required in rare cases.
- Funds deposited into your c4444 account may only be used for gaming on the platform. They cannot be transferred to another player's account.
No conversion fees: Because c4444 operates entirely in PKR, there is no currency conversion on any deposit. The amount you send is the amount credited to your balance — no exchange rate or hidden fee applies.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy protects players from third-party fraud and ensures your PKR winnings reach you directly. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

Withdrawal requests may be held for review if they trigger automated fraud prevention checks, if account verification is incomplete, or if an active bonus with unsatisfied wagering requirements is attached to the balance.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
c4444 offers bonuses, welcome promotions, and ongoing promotional rewards to players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms take precedence over the general bonus guidelines below, but the general principles always apply.
- Bonuses are credited to your c4444 balance automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions stated in the offer, unless a manual claim is specified.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money gameplay on eligible games.

- c4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not have it retroactively changed once the wagering has begun.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
Practical note for c4444 players: Before accepting any bonus, check the wagering requirement. A bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. This is standard across the industry — c4444 publishes all multipliers clearly so there are no surprises.
7. Gameplay and Fair Play
All games on the c4444 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. This means that every card dealt in Baccarat or Poker, every symbol landed in Slots, and every result in Andar Bahar is determined by a statistically verified random process that cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including c4444 itself.

11. Account Suspension and Closure
c4444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- At the account holder's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
- Where required by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. c4444 will notify the account holder by email or in-app message with the reason for closure where it is permitted to do so. 12. Limitation of Liability
c4444 provides the platform and games on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, c4444 does not guarantee that the platform will be free of technical errors, downtime, or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible.
c4444's liability to any player for any claim related to the platform — including but not limited to lost bets, failed transactions, or technical errors — is limited to the value of the directly affected transaction or bet. c4444 is not liable for indirect losses including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of earnings, or any consequential damages.
